Alto, California, now operates a 7,000 square foot manufacturing,
sales and laboratory facility in Redwood City, California.

The
first product, VREELAND DIRECT-READING SPECTROSCOPE, used
widely in the geological and mining industry for elemental
analysis, was invented by John Hoytes uncle, Dr. Frederick
Vreeland, when he was 80 years old.
The
LASER PARTICLE COUNTER, for counting and sizing particles
in flowing and in-situ liquids, is ideal for water treatment,
before and after filtration, hydraulic oil and oceanographic
applications, among many others.
SPECTREX
operates a service at the Redwood City facility for particle
size/count analysis.
A
complete line of PERSONAL AIR SAMPLERS, including the first
of its kind, pocket-sized, PAS-500 Micro Air Sampler.
VOC
and OZONE MONITORS, such as the SXC-20 which combines the
technology of the personal air sampler, semiconductor gas
detection and data-logger.
